What We Uncover During Our Process
A roof inspection from Max Exteriors is more than just a quick look from the driveway. We get on the roof and look for the subtle signs of trouble that a quick glance or a pair of binoculars might miss. In Garland, this often means looking for "bruised" shingles from hail—circular indentations that have knocked the protective granules loose. This type of damage doesn't always leak immediately but will cause the shingle to fail prematurely under the intense Texas sun. We document everything with photos so you can see what we see.
